These policies are written to make handmade ordering straightforward. Contact A&M Designs before paying if anything is unclear.
A custom request is not a purchase and does not charge you. A&M Designs reviews yarn availability, pricing, turnaround, any need-by date, and design notes before sending an invoice or payment link. Production begins according to A&M Designs workflow after approval and payment.
Custom blankets are final sale and non-returnable. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been approved and paid and production is underway. If A&M Designs cannot accommodate an essential requested date before production begins, the customer may continue with the available turnaround or decline to proceed.
Finished dimensions are approximate and blankets may vary or stretch slightly. Colors may look different because of screen settings, lighting, and supplier or dye variation. Handmade pattern placement may also vary from inspiration photos.
Contact A&M Designs within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the blanket, entire package, shipping label, and visible package damage, and retain the packaging during the carrier claim. Depending on circumstances, A&M Designs may remake or replace the item, or refund it.
If tracking never shows delivery and the carrier confirms the package is lost, A&M Designs assists with the carrier claim and arranges an appropriate replacement or refund. If tracking shows delivered, check the property, household members, neighbors, and carrier first. A&M Designs may assist with an investigation but does not automatically guarantee a free replacement for every package marked delivered.
Order and request information is used to review, make, fulfill, and communicate about your order. Inspiration uploads are kept in private storage for owner review. Payment details will be handled by the selected secure payment provider and are not stored by this website.
